How It Works
Mupirocin, a topical antibiotic, is included in T-MUCE ointment.
It works by stopping the production of proteins in bacteria, which stops the germs that cause skin infections from growing and multiplying. This lets the skin heal.
How to Use
- Only for use on the outside
- Before applying, make sure the area is clean and dry.
- Put a small layer of ointment on the skin that hurts.
- Take 2–3 times a day or as your doctor tells you to.
- Before and after putting it on, wash your hands.
- Stay away from eyes, mouth, nose, and mucous membranes.
- Unless a doctor tells you to, don't cover it with tight bandages.
