- Not safe for pregnant women, especially in the second and third trimesters.
- Telmisartan may result in: – fetal renal impairment – diminished amniotic fluid – growth retardation – cranial anomalies – fetal demise (infrequent)
- Hydrochlorothiazide may slow down blood flow to the placenta and throw off the balance of electrolytes.

How to Use
- Take once a day, or as directed.
- Take it every day at the same time.
- You can take it with or without food.
- Take it all at once with water.
