Alcohol, methyl salicylate, menthol, and diclofenac diethylamine are the four medications that make up Zeldinac Nano Gel. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs), such as diclofenac diethylamine and methyl salicylate, function by preventing the release of prostaglandins, which are chemical messengers that induce pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Menthol causes a feeling of coldness by dilatation of the blood vessels, which is followed by an analgesic action.
