Valpodium CR 500 Tablet combines two medications to treat epilepsy, a neurological disease characterized by recurring seizures or fits. Valpodium CR 500 Tablet lowers the electrical signals in the brain that trigger seizures (fits). It can also assist to alleviate symptoms including bewilderment, excessive jerking movements, loss of awareness, and fear or anxiety. The medication may allow you to engage in things that you would otherwise be restricted or afraid to undertake (such as swimming and driving). This medication may take a few weeks to take effect (since the dose must be gradually increased), and you may continue to suffer seizures during that period. Even if you feel fine, do not stop taking this medication until your doctor instructs you to. Missing dosages may cause a seizure.
