Medicine interaction
- Antihypertensive drugs (Amlodipine, Telmisartan, Atenolol) can make blood pressure drop too low.
- Phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil) -> raise the chance of passing out
- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (Ketoconazole, Erythromycin, Itraconazole) raise Tamsulosin levels.
- Warfarin → may make bleeding more likely
- Alcohol:
- Don't take a lot; it can make dizziness worse and lower your blood pressure.
