Pregnancy Interaction
- Not safe to use during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters (because to Telmisartan).
- Telmisartan may result in: – renal impairment in the fetus – diminished amniotic fluid – inadequate fetal development – cranial deformities in the fetus
- Metoprolol is safer, although it can change the baby's heart rate close to birth.
- If you get pregnant, stop taking the drug right away and call your doctor.
- Not suggested during breastfeeding because Metoprolol gets into breast milk.

How to use
