- Stay away from foods high in potassium (such bananas and coconut water) and salt alternatives.
- Stay away from medications like diclofenac and ibuprofen. They can hurt your kidneys and elevate your blood pressure.
- To avoid getting dizzy, get up carefully from sitting or lying down.
- Check your kidneys and electrolytes (Na, K, and Mg) every so often.
- Limit your alcohol intake because it raises the risk of low blood pressure.

How to Use
- Take one pill every day, just like the doctor said.
- Can be taken with or without food.
- The time of day should be the same every day (morning and night).
- Do not crumble or chew; just swallow.
- If you forget a dose:
- Take it as soon as you recall
- If you are close to your next dose, skip this one.
- Do NOT take two doses.
- Unless told otherwise, drink a lot of water.
