How it works:

Tamfil S Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Deflazacort.tTamsulosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. Deflazacort is a steroid medicine. It works by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the kidneys to promote the passage of the stones through urine.
