- Important Interactions
- Antacids (lower the amount of Cefpodoxime that is absorbed) → take with a 2-hour gap
- H2 blockers (ranitidine) -> make it less effective
- Warfarin → higher risk of bleeding
- Probenecid → raises the amount of antibiotics in the body
- Other antibiotics may change how well they work.
