How it works:

Relcer Mps Oral Gel is a combination of three medicines: Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium and Simethicone. Aluminium Hydroxide and Simethicone neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Magnesium is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
