- Levothyroxine absorption may decrease significantly (maintain a 4-hour interval).
- Antacids
- Safe, but should be spread out.
- Even though there is no direct medication interaction, alcohol and smoking make acidity worse.

- In very bad cases, the doctor may tell you to take it twice a day.
