How it works:

Pan Mps O Suspension is a combination of four medicines: Oxetacaine / Oxethazaine, Aluminium Hydroxide, Dimethicone and Magnesium. Oxetacaine / Oxethazaine is a local anesthetic that provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium neutralize the excess acid in stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
