How to use:

How it works:

Ortho Senz Gel is a combination of four medicines: Capsaicin Based Rubefacients, Gabapentin Topical, Ketoprofen Topical and Methyl Salicylate. Capsaicin Based Rubefacients is a plant derivative which activates certain receptors to cause prolonged desensitization of the local pain nerves. Gabapentin Topical is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Ketoprofen Topical and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
