- Don't eat spicy foods, greasy foods, coffee, alcohol, or meals late at night.

How It Works
- Omeprazole (PPI):
- Stops the H+/K+ ATPase proton pump in stomach cells.
- Decreases the amount of acid produced.
- Helps treat gastritis, reflux, ulcers, and acidity.
- Domperidone (Prokinetic):
- Stops dopamine from getting to its receptors.
- Makes the stomach empty faster.
- Lessens nausea, bloating, heaviness, and throwing up.
- Together:
- They lower acid production and make the stomach move better, which gives faster and greater relief.
Medicine Interaction
- Stay away from or be careful with:
- Ketoconazole with Itraconazole (less absorption)
- Clopidogrel (less effective)
- Antibiotics like erythromycin raise the levels of domperidone.
- Antidepressants (risk of heart rhythm problems)
- Antiarrhythmics (may cause QT prolongation)
- Warfarin (changed INR)
- Phenytoin and Diazepam (levels went up)
- Food and drink:
- Don't drink alcohol; it makes acidity worse and adverse effects worse.
How to Use
- Take one capsule every day, half an hour before breakfast.
- Do not chew or crumble; just swallow.
- For optimal results, take at the same time every day.
- Take the missing dose as soon as you remember, unless it's near to the following one.
