- Take the tablet after you eat, and ideally in the evening.

Medicine Interaction
- Cimetidine raises the levels of Albendazole.
- Dexamethasone (makes absorption better)
- Phenytoin / Carbamazepine (lessens efficacy)
- Praziquantel (raises the levels of Albendazole)
- Warfarin (risk of bleeding)
- Food Interactions
- Eating fatty foods makes Albendazole work better and be absorbed better.
- Always tell your doctor about any medications you are taking.
How to Use
- Take the tablet whole with water.
- Take it after a meal, ideally at night.
- Most of the time, just one dose.
- If you need a second dose, wait 1 to 2 weeks before taking it.
- Take it as soon as you can if you miss a dose.
- Do NOT take twice as much.
