Merosure 1gm Injection is used in serious bacterial infections. It is used in infections of various body parts like skin and soft tissues, urinary tract, blood, brain and lungs (pneumonia).

Pregnancy interaction:

Merosure 1gm Injection is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

Meropenem is given as an injection directly into a vein by a doctor or nurse using water for injections or a suitable infusion fluid. Do not start or continue the meropenem and consult your doctor: If you have kidney or liver problems. If you have a history of seizures or central nervous system problems (e.g. brain lesions).
