MEGANERV TABLET is used in vitamin B12 deficiency.
Pregnancy interaction:
MEGANERV TABLET may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Expert advice:
Do not take methylcobalmin if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to methylcobalamin, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.Tell your doctor if your occupation required you to handle mercury or its compound.Do not use methylcobalamin over a period of months, if there is a lack of satisfactory clinical response.

How to use:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. MEGANERV TABLET may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How it works:
MEGANERV TABLET works by protecting nerve cells and encourages their normal growth. It also helps make new red blood cells and lowers homocysteine, a protein which in excess can cause inflammation (swelling) of blood vessels, including those that feed the brain.
