Pregnancy interaction:
Lonacen 2mg Tablet MD is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

If you are taking Lonacen for the treatment of insomnia and anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks. It may become less effective over the time. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Lonacen, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. The addiction / habit-forming potential of Lonacen is very high.

Sleepiness, Uncoordinated body movements, Slurred speech, Dizziness, Fatigue, Memory impairment, Irritability, Headache, Dryness in mouth, Depression, Constipation.
How to use:
Take this medication in the dose and period prescribed by your doctor. Do not touch the tablets with damp hands. Place it in your mouth, but do not swallow it. Lonacen 2mg Tablet MD can be taken with or without food, however it is best taken at a set time.

Lonacen 2 mg Tablet MD is a benzodiazepine. It acts by enhancing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger that inhibits aberrant and excessive activity of nerve cells in the brain.
