A medication called Laxoclear Tablet is used to relieve constipation. Because sodium picosulphate, an ingredient in Laxoclear Tablet, inhibits the colon's or intestines' ability to absorb water, it stimulates the propulsive (pushing forward) activity, which encourages the buildup of water and makes it easier for stool to pass. Consequently, it eases constipation.
