Description:
Pregnancy Interaction
- Be careful when using it while pregnant.
- When used on the skin, ketoconazole (an antifungal) doesn't get absorbed very well.
- Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid that can be absorbed via the skin. It should not be used for long periods of time or on big areas.
- Only use it if your doctor tells you to while you're pregnant.
- Don't put it on broken skin or huge regions or for a long time.

Expert advice
- Only put it on the area that is affected, not on the healthy skin around it.
- Because it has steroids in it, don't use it for long periods of time.
- Don't use it on your face, underarms, or groin unless your doctor tells you to. These regions absorb steroids more quickly.
- Keep the region clean by keeping it dry, not wearing tight clothes, and washing towels and clothes separately.
- Unless your doctor tells you to, don't use any additional antifungal or steroid creams at the same time.
- See a doctor if the illness gets worse or doesn't get better in 7 to 10 days.

How It Works
- 1. Antifungal drug ketoconazole
- Stops the growth of fungi by stopping the production of ergosterol, which damages the cell membrane of the fungus.
