Medicine Interaction
- Stay away from or use with care:
- Blood thinners (such Warfarin and Clopidogrel) can make you more likely to bleed.
- Painkillers (NSAIDs) might cause gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Gemfibrozil / Fenofibrate -> muscular damage
- Antacids → lower the amount of rosuvastatin that gets into the body (require a 2-hour break)
- Cyclosporine raises the levels of rosuvastatin.
- Alcohol → chance of liver damage
- Steroids can cause stomach bleeding.
- SSRIs as antidepressants can cause bleeding risk
- Always inform your doctor about all medicines and supplements.
How to Use
- As your doctor says, take one capsule every day.
- Take it after dinner or before bed if you can.
- Swallow whole with water—do not crush or open.
- Take after meals to lessen stomach irritation.
- If you forget to take a dose:
- Take soon if you remember
