Pregnancy interaction:
Ibugesic Plus 400mg/325mg The tablet has 400 mg of ibuprofen and 325 mg of paracetamol.
It should only be used during the first few weeks of pregnancy if it is plainly essential and with a doctor's supervision.
It is not a good idea to use Ibuprofen in the third trimester since it could create problems like the baby's heart duct (ductus arteriosus) closing too soon or labor starting too late.
Taking paracetamol in the right amounts during pregnancy is usually safe.
If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, you should always talk to your doctor before using Ibugesic Plus.

If you miss a dose and still experience pain, take it as soon as you can. If it's almost time for the next dose, skip it.
How it works:
The Ibugesic Plus 400mg/325mg Tablet has two painkillers in it:
Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that stops the body from making prostaglandins, which lowers pain, swelling, and fever.
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and fever reducer that works by blocking pain signals in the brain and keeping the body at a normal temperature.
When used together, they work better and faster to relieve pain than either medicine alone.
