However, lifestyle modifications like a change in diet and exercise should be tried first as they are seen to be more effective than Glycomet.|Can I take Glycomet with teneligliptin? : Yes, Glycomet can be taken with teneligliptin. It is a good add-on treatment if the blood sugars are very high even after taking Glycomet. The risk of low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia) is also very low with both the medicines.
