Pregnancy interaction:

FML T combines a corticosteroid (Fluorometholone) and an antibiotic (Tobramycin). Fluorometholone: Minimal systemic absorption, but prolonged use may carry potential risks. Tobramycin: Limited data in pregnancy; topical absorption is very low, so risk is expected to be minimal. Should be used in pregnancy only if clearly prescribed and benefits outweigh risks. Caution during breastfeeding, as small amounts of corticosteroids or antibiotics may pass into breast milk.

How to use:

Continue full course as prescribed, even if symptoms improve early.
