Q2. What's the difference between Flodart and Flodart Plus?
Flodart: Tamsulosin by itself (relaxes the muscles in the prostate).
Flodart Plus: Tamsulosin + Dutasteride (relaxes muscles and makes the prostate smaller).

Q3. How long does it take to work?
Tamsulosin helps in a few days. It may take 3 to 6 months for dutasteride to make the prostate smaller.

Expert Advice

• For optimal results, take the pill after the same meal every day.
• Do not crush or open the capsule.

• If you're having cataract or glaucoma surgery, tell your doctor. There is a chance of IFIS (Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome).
