Pregnancy interaction:
Use during pregnancy: Not safe.
There is not much information on humans, however research on animals have revealed that there may be negative impacts on the developing fetus.
Paracetamol is deemed relatively safe during pregnancy when utilized sporadically and with monitoring.
There isn't much information on methocarbamol during pregnancy. It may make you sleepy and put the fetus at risk.
Recommendation: Only use if the benefits are greater than the risks, and only under a doctor's supervision.
Breastfeeding: Probably safe. Some small amounts may get into breast milk, although there isn't much evidence that they are hazardous. Keep an eye out for sleepiness in the baby.
Expert advice:
Only use for a short time unless your doctor tells you to.
Don't drink alcohol while you're being treated.
Tell your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney issues.
During therapy, make sure you drink enough water and get enough sleep.

This medicine could make you sleepy, so don't drive.

How to use:
You can take the tablet with or without food.

Take it as your doctor tells you to, at regular times.
Don't take more than the suggested dose or time.
If you forget to take a dose, take it when you remember it, but don't take two doses.
How it works:
Paracetamol stops chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain from working, which helps with pain and heat.
Methocarbamol is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that works on the brain and spinal cord to stop muscular spasms and pain signals.
The combination helps relieve pain and relax muscles more in conditions including back discomfort, neck stiffness, or injuries.
