How It Works

• Envas H is made up of two medicines:
• 1️⃣ Enalapril (ACE inhibitor)
• Stops angiotensin II from forming
• Loosens and opens up blood vessels
• Decreases blood pressure
• Lessens stress on the heart
• 2️⃣ Hydrochlorothiazide (water pill/diuretic)
• Removes extra salt and water from the body via making urine.
• Lessens too much fluid
• Lowers blood pressure even much
• When used together, they work better to manage blood pressure than either drug alone.

 How to Use

• Take as your doctor says to.
• Usually taken once a day, in the morning if possible.
• You can take it with or without food.
• Take it all in with water.
• Every day at the same time,
• Don't quit suddenly without talking to a doctor.
• You need to check your blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes on a regular basis.

• Tell your doctor if you are taking:
• Other medications for high blood pressure
• Diuretics

• Steroids
• These may raise the risk of:

• A lot of potassium
