How it works:

Four medications are combined in Burnosept Plus Cream. Silver nitrate has antibacterial properties. It destroys or stops the growth of infectious bacteria by releasing silver ions into the skin. Gluconate of chlorhexidine is an antiseptic. It cleans the afflicted area and eliminates dangerous microbes. A skin protectant, allantoin also acts as a moisturizer and soothes mild skin irritations. A plant is aloe vera. By rehydrating the skin, its components create a protective barrier that leaves the skin feeling renewed and hydrated.
