How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ascodex Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Ascodex Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin, bromhexine and diphenhydramine which relieve cough. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
