- Not a good idea during pregnancy
- Aceclofenac (NSAID) is in Aceloflam SP, which is not safe, especially in the third trimester because it could cause:
- Early closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus
- Not enough amniotic fluid
- Labor that takes a long time
- Problems with the kidneys of the fetus
- Only use if your doctor says so in early pregnancy, and don't use at all in late pregnancy.

How It Works
- Aceloflam SP is a combination of three things:
- Aceclofenac
- Stops COX enzymes from working, which lowers inflammation and pain.
- Paracetamol
- Works on the parts of the brain that feel pain to lower heat and pain.
- Serratiopeptidase
- An enzyme that makes swelling go down, blood circulate better, and healing happen faster.
- Together, they work well to relieve pain and manage swelling.
Medicine Interaction
- Stay away from:
- NSAIDs, like ibuprofen, diclofenac, and naproxen
- Blood thinners (such Warfarin and Aspirin) make it more likely that you may bleed.
- Steroids might make your stomach bleed.
- Alcohol is bad for the liver.
- Antihypertensives - less effective
- Methotrexate – risk of toxicity
- Lithium—higher amounts of lithium
- Always tell your doctor about any medicines or supplements you use.
How to Use
- Take one pill once or twice a day, or as directed.
- Take after you eat.
- Do not crumble or chew; just swallow.
- Do not take more than the suggested dose.
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you can, but avoid it if it's close to the following dose.
- Don't take it for more than 3–5 days in a row without talking to a doctor.
