Pregnancy Interaction
- Not advised during pregnancy, particularly in the third trimester, because of Aceclofenac (an NSAID), which may induce:
- Early closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus
- Less amniotic fluid
- Problems that happen during delivery
- Only use in the first or second trimester if you really need to and only under close medical supervision.
- Paracetamol is usually safer, but because it contains NSAID, it shouldn't be used during pregnancy on a regular basis.
